My Guitars

I have several guitars that I play, as well as other instruments.  I play my Guild Starfire 4 the most.  It is an unusual “special build” (s/n 19) with gold hardware, and Guild/Bigsby tailpiece.  My oldest is a 1911 Washburn parlor guitar that has awesome sound.  Twenties thru the Fifties are my favorite music.  I like ballads too.  Les Paul was my favorite guitarist.

March 2011: I recently purchased a Cordoba Flemenco FCE45, made in Spain.  The sound is awesome.  But, I need my wife to dance the Flemenco, so I can learn to play it.  The Flemenco is played to the dancer, contrary to music that is played to dance to.
